The Matos Apartments and Rooms welcomed their first guests in 1980, when our grandparents were still running the place. The beginnings were difficult, but we have always put our guests, their comfort and well-being, in short their satisfaction, first and foremost. So over the years we have upgraded our facilities, modernised them to meet the needs of the modern guest, adapted to the trend in demand and we are still doing so today. Guests can enjoy the intimacy of their rooms, watch TV, surf the web, spend their moments on the terraces, and at the same time enjoy the beautiful view of the garden, rich in shrubs and colourful flowers, which we tend with special enthusiasm, and the sea, which adds the icing on the cake to every morning wake-up call and evening chat on the terrace. Our aim is to make our guests feel at home, or even better. The fact that many of our guests have been spending their annual breaks with us for many years is proof that we are working in the right direction, showing their trust in us and our service, and some have become true friends.
